This is really quite neat I must say. It has an interesting style to it and it's quite lovely. The background is kinda neat as well as the foreground, idk but I think with how the lighting is it kinda pulls off a dreamscape thing as well. As for the character she looks pretty neat. The purple highlights are interesting as well as the rest of the face. So ya nice job!
